I wanted to share Fuel Your Creativity with everyone, particularly their Freelance Tips page. I was browsing through it this morning and found it to have a lot of great advice on a broad range of topics.

Specifically, I was reading Ethical or Unethical? which poses the question of whether it is ethical for your full time boss to ask to show your freelance work as part of their portfolio in order to gain additional business. A lot of designers responded and I love how much insight you can gain from one question. You may see the question and have an immediate answer, but you can also see the flip-side of the coin.
